Takaws Shoe Size Guide

Find Your Perfect Fit

At Takaws, we want to help you find footwear that feels comfortable and fits your personal style.

Choosing the correct shoe size is important for everyday comfort.

Please use this guide as a general reference and always check the measurements provided on individual product pages.

1. How to Measure Your Feet

For the most accurate measurement:

  1. Place a sheet of paper on a flat surface against a wall.

  2. Stand naturally with your heel touching the wall.

  3. Mark the tip of your longest toe.

  4. Measure the distance from the wall to the mark.

  5. Repeat for both feet.

  6. Use the longer foot measurement when selecting a size.

Measure your feet while standing, preferably later in the day when your feet may be slightly larger.

2. Women's US Shoe Size Chart

10.5 41 26.7
11 41–42 27.1

These are approximate reference measurements. Shoe sizing may vary by manufacturer, design, and construction.

3. Understanding Shoe Width

Shoe width affects how comfortably footwear fits.

A shoe may feel too tight even when its length is correct if the width does not suit your foot.

When available, review product-specific width information before purchasing.

4. Fit Recommendations

Sandals

Consider foot length and strap placement. Your toes and heel should fit comfortably within the sole.

Flats and Ballet Flats

A comfortable fit should allow natural toe movement without excessive heel slipping.

Mules and Loafers

Consider the opening, instep height, and overall foot width.

Heels and Pumps

Ensure adequate toe space and stable heel support. Avoid choosing a size that causes excessive pressure.

Boots and Ankle Boots

Consider both foot length and the room needed for socks.

Sneakers and Casual Shoes

Allow comfortable toe space while ensuring the heel remains secure during walking.

5. Between Two Sizes?

If your measurements fall between two sizes, consider the product design and material.

  • Wider feet may require additional room.

  • Narrow or pointed designs may feel more fitted.

  • Soft materials may adapt differently from structured materials.

  • Thick socks may require additional space.

Always prioritize product-specific sizing instructions.

6. Product-Specific Size Information

Sizing can vary across footwear styles and manufacturers.

Please review each product page for:

  • Available US sizes.

  • EU size equivalents where provided.

  • Foot-length recommendations.

  • Width information where available.

  • Fit descriptions.

  • Material and construction details.

The product-specific size information takes priority over this general reference chart.
